Responsibility

General Conditions and Responsibility

1.Grand Holidays shall use its best effort for arranging and planning the touritinerary and hotel accommodation.

2. All tour arrangements will be subject to the itineraryand Grand Holidays accepts no responsibility for consequences due to politicalupheavals, holidays seasons, bad weatherconditions, strikes, loss of travel documents and unexpected non-availabilityof local hotels beyond our control, and any other unforeseen circumstances oremergencies. Should any change or delay of the tour be caused by the abovecircumstance, we will substitute with a similar itinerary and hotelaccommodation.

3. The airlines, airport, bus company, trains, cruises, hotels,or local travel agency has its own safety regulations and insurance policiesprotecting its clients regarding to safety and other issues during the trip.Customers should contact related operator directly for information.

4. If the traveler changesschedule for any reasons, the additional cost will be assessed. Any unused tourfeatures either transportation, air or hotel is not refundable or exchangeable.

6. Participants should strictly abide by the laws andregulations promulgated by the government country of the visiting country,including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations.Grand Holidays will not be responsible for any and all penalties due to anyregulations of the government of the visiting country.

7.Participants areresponsible for following the directions of  the Tour Guide and the lawsof the countries visited while on Tour. Grand Holidays  reserves the rightto decline to accept, or retain any person as tour participant,  shouldsuch person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare orenjoyment  of other tour participants.

8. When the total number of the tour members should fallbelow 10 people, Grand Holidays reserves the right to cancel the tour prior todeparture for any reason. Liability for such cancellation is limited to fullrefund of money received by Grand Holidays, and this will constitute fullsettlement with the tour member.

9. Grand Holidays reserves the right to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary,withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of theoperation of tours.

10. Grand Holidays accepts no responsibility for value,reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchases while on tour.


 

Travel Insurance:

1. Grand Holidays strongly recommended and advise that all tour members should have trip cancellation, medical / hospital and baggage insurance.  Grand Holidays acts as an agent for suppliers of transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations, all terms and conditions will be borne by the respective suppliers, and Grand Holidays shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to property, injury of persons, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.

 

Reservations and Cancellation Policy

1. Must be paid in full at the time of reservations. Reservation will automatically be canceled if the deposit is not received by Grand Holidays within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation. 

2. When you make reservation, please confirm your passport name. Once ticket issued, penalty will apply.

3. Cancellation policy

  a. All cancellation or change written notice must be sent to Grand Holidays Tour Department either by fax or email.

b. The following fee will be charged accordingly when you decided to withdraw your reservations.  China and Asia,

(In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, if tickets for airlines have already been issued at the time of cancellation (regardless of number of days

prior to departure), the traveler will be assessed an additional airline cancellation penalty and service charge pursuant to the airlines rules and regulations).

c. In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, if tickets or vouchers for airlines, cruises, trains or any relevant third-party supplier have already been issued or confirmation of service has been received at the time of cancellation (regardless of number of days prior to departure), the traveler will be wholly liable for any additional airline, cruise line, or train cancellation penalties and service charges pursuant to suppliers’ rules and regulations.

d. No refund or reimbursement for any voluntary giving up of meals, tours and / or accommodations.

e. Since Air Ticket, Transportation, Accommodation and Meal have to be arranged in advance during high season (Chinese New Year, Easter, Summer Holidays and Christmas), no departure date changed is allowed, No refund available on departure date changed and / or cancel booking.

 

Visa Applications Participant

1. Tour participant are responsible to arrange for his/her own visa required for traveling to the destination country.

2. Participant are responsible to obtain the proper travel document for the trip and all passports must remain valid for at least 6 months prior to the schedule return from the trip.


Tour Fare Includes

1. All meals, sightseeing, economy class round trip airtickets and items as specified in the itineraries.

2. Hotel accommodation is based on double occupancy. Travelsolo, single supplement surcharges apply.

3.When thehotel listed in the brochure and website is not available, the similar categoryhotel will be substituted without prior notice.

4. One carry-on luggage up to 15lb per person (22in x14in x9in). Other baggage issue, refer airlines baggage allowances & regulationsas guideline.


 

Tour fare does not includes

1. Phone calls, beverages, laundry, travel insurance, all purely personal incidental and / or items not specified in the itinerary.

2. Optional tours

3. Early arrival or stay behind, Transportation from /to hotel / airport

4. Tipping for local guides, drivers and tour escort.

5. Airport taxes or other related

6. Visa application fees.

 

The reservation and payment for Grand Holidays' any tour shall be deemed to agree and to be consent to these terms and conditions.
